Three Wire Systems, LLC Awarded 5-Year $11M Contract with the Army Medcom
Falls Church, VA (Feb. 10, 2021) – U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) awarded Three Wire Systems an $11M contract to support modernization and sustainment of the Department of the Army’s Family Advocacy System of Record (FASOR).
FASOR is a clinical information system developed on the Xtendable® Server Platform that supports the Army Family Advocacy Program’s (FAP) mission to assist the prevention, early identification and determination of reported cases of family member or child abuse or neglect. FASOR facilitates the data collection, storage and reporting of instances of maltreatment and the treatment and prevention efforts Army-wide. It also provides a server-based system for background checks on applicants, volunteers, and employees; creates the ability to transfer data seamlessly among Army installations; and simplifies the case management and reporting processes.
Three Wire’s Digital Services’ Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will support the capabilities necessary to modernize the Xtendable application by developing the cloud infrastructure, developing a modern secure application, and providing application security services to support the Risk Management Framework-based Authority to Operate.
“Three Wire’s Digital Services group has demonstrated an unmatched understanding of the technology and steps necessary for the modernization of this program, “said Cindi Clark, Director of Program Delivery for Three Wire. “We strive to find the right solutions to maximize outcomes and reduce costs. Understanding key customer requirements were important to shaping this outcome.”
